I have been working on losing weight for about a year now. I realized that I had about 20 pounds to lose and really set myself towards the goal of getting it off by the end of the year. I have used a number of different diet methods throughout the process. I did try quick trim at one point, as a girlfriend advised me to take it. I felt okay while taking it and it did help me lose more weight. I have heard some people say it made them feel jittery, but it did not do that to me. I also have really been focusing on eating a lot of fruits and veggies. This has helped me eliminate the crap in my diet since I am getting full on foods that have fewer calories. I tried eating an apple before each meal and that did work well for a while, until I got tired of the taste of apples.
